What we're doing to improve accessibility

We have taken steps to:

  • Use clear headings and structured content

  • Avoid unnecessary jargon

  • Ensure good colour contrast

  • Make buttons and links easy to identify

  • Design pages to be mobile-friendly

  • Break content into manageable sections

Know Limitations

While we aim to make all areas of our website accessible, some parts may not yet be fully optimised.

for example:

  • Some downloadable documents (such as PDFs) may not be fully accessible

  • Some third-party content or external platforms may not meet the same accessibility standards

We are working to improve these areas over time
